Course Enrolment and Payment

When you enrol in a course, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due according to the schedule specified at the time of enrolment
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Course fees cover the specified number of sessions and materials as described
• Additional sessions or materials may incur extra charges

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may receive a partial refund or course credit
• Once a course has begun, refunds are generally not available, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Individual session cancellations require at least 24 hours notice; sessions cancelled with less notice may not be rescheduled

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of crag-serval or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

User Conduct
